🎁 Important Christmas Delivery Information

Last order dates for guaranteed UK Christmas delivery:

• Standard – 16 December
• Express – 18 December

Our office and warehouse will be closed 22–28 December, any orders placed during this period, will be dispatched from the 29 December.

We will then be closed from 1–4 January, re-opening 5 January, when normal dispatching and services resume.

We aim to dispatch all orders same day if received by 12:00 GMT, Monday to Friday.
Please note, our warehouse does not dispatch orders on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and over UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed after 12:00 GMT, will be dispatched the next working day.

UK DELIVERY

*Next Day delivery is currently not available to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PO, PH, TR, ZE

While we strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders, please note that our ability to investigate and resolve issues is dependent on the timely reporting of any delivery problems by the customer. Please do this within 5 working days. Claims reported after 5 working days will not be eligible for investigation or compensation.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently are not offering international shipping services but are working closely with our couriers to resume this service as soon as possible.
