Returns & Refunds

We always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, but if you’re not in any way, we do offer a 30 day return period and all returns are FREE!

All items must be returned in their original and unused conditions, with their original tags attached and in their original boxes and packaging.

To start your free return, please follow the below steps: 
  1. Go to https://www.yodel.co.uk/returns/zulu
  2. Enter your order number (it's printed on your delivery note), your email address and select a return reason. Agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘Continue'

  3. Pack your item(s) in your return parcel, and kindly enclose your return form seen below.

  4. Drop off your parcel at your local Yodel Store, and hold onto your email receipt/reference number in the unlikely event your parcel gets lost on its way to us, we’ll need this to complete the refund!

  5. Once we've received your return, we'll send you an email to let you know and then process any refunds within 5 working days.
